This weekend, Annapolis will be overwhelmed by fall festivals (and an Italian festival, an African heritage festival and a beer/wine fest in the park), so when you’re not cheering on the Navy at the women’s volleyball and soccer games against American University, you can make your way down to whatever ongoing festival matches your mood — be that a cultural celebration, an Oktoberfest party or an observance of the changing seasons and falling leaves.
