List of Executive Orders from Governor: Coronavirus Response

Mid-March was the beginning of a list of actions via Executive Orders Governor Larry Hogan put in place to combat what we now know as “Flattening the Curve” in Maryland. The Governor made restrictions, guidelines, and allowances to help Marylanders social distance. Here is the timeline starting with the most recent.

March 30 

‘Stay at Home’ order. All are asked to only leave home for ESSENTIAL Activities.

March 23 

All Non-Essential Business must close.

March 19 

Gov Hogan made an Executive Order that allows for beer, wine, and liquor to be sold as carry-out and delivery. Malls also need to close. No gatherings of more than 10 people.

March 16 

Gov. Larry Hogan ordered the shutdown of all bars, restaurants, movie theaters and gyms.

March 12

Governor Hogan Announcement – Banning Any Gatherings of 250 or Over

Annapolis Aligns

With all that has transpired, the city of Annapolis issued guidelines to align with the Governor’s directives.
