Its ladies night this Tuesday, January 25th, at Brique, where they host a Girl’s Night Out for those ladies who love sipping wine during a night out on the town with their friends. During Girl’s Night Out, from 5 to 9 pm, ladies can enjoy half off of all appetizers and a complimentary bottle of red or white house wine. Brique focuses on American and French cuisine and has an extensive wine collection at their wine bar. The average entrée cost is between $10 and $15. This upscale-chic dining destination offers the freshest seasonal and local ingredients available. Brique is located at 122 N. Commerce Street in historic Centerville, MD. One of our favorite restaurants in Annapolis!
Feel like singing? It’s Rockstar Karaoke at Wild Willy’s Rock House & Sports Saloon! Join the Wild Willy’s staff for Rockstar Karaoke and you can be the vocalist for a live band. Just pick any song and the band will play it. Karaoke takes place Thursday, January 27th starting 9:30 pm. You can compete against other karaoke sings to win fantastic prizes or cash. Wild Willy’s is a fun and outgoing Annapolis restaurant.
The Winter Artisan Boutique is open and there are artists anxious to show you their work. More than 20 local artists will have exhibits set up for the show. You’ll see oil paintings, watercolor work, woodwork, jewelry, pottery, fabric art, Christmas decorations, and more. Some featured artists include Myra Copus, Colleen Sabo, Sally Babylon, Gail Higginbotham, David Diaz, and many others. The Winter Artisan Boutique is being held at the West Annapolis Art Works & Fine Framing shop located at 4 Annapolis Street. Hours are: Tuesday, January 25th (10 am – 5 pm), Wednesday, January 26th (10 am – 5 pm), Thursday, January 27th (10 am – 5 pm), Friday, January 28th (10 am – 5 pm), and Saturday, January 29th (10 am – 5 pm).
The Bacon Brothers are performing at the Ram’s Head Tavern with Sahara Smith on January 28th and 29th at 6:30 and 9:30 pm each night. The show is SOLD OUT, so those who bought tickets early will have a terrific time! If you are looking for a non-sold out show, stop by the tavern on Thursday, January 27th to see Mike Doughty. The multi-talented artist, musician, songwriter, poet, (and the list goes on) will start performing at 8 pm. Go to Ram’s Head Tavern, 33 West Street in Annapolis, to check out these shows and enjoy a great performance.
Looking for a dining deal this week? Go to Luna Blu for their 4-course dinner special offered nightly for only $35 per person. The menu includes a board selection of appetizers, salads, pasta dishes, and delicious entrees. Their sauces are made daily and each meal is prepared with the freshest ingredients. Luna Blu also offers half-price bottles of wine every Monday and Wednesday. Luna Blu is located at 36 West Street in downtown Annapolis.
