This week in Annapolis, Ram’s Head has lots of musical events planned. First up is Walter Beasley on Tuesday, February 7 at 8 p.m. The cost is $30. Beasley will bring his saxophone to the stage and please the crowd with his jazz sounds. Wednesday and Thursday, a different musical genre visits Ram’s Head. Both nights, Rosi Golan joins with Todd Snider at 8 p.m. to offer a comedic, lyrical extravaganza on stage. Golan does the songwriting and Snider brings the comedic twang to the performance. The price for each night is $27.50. On Friday, February 10, Dazz Band visits the stage with their funk mixed with jazz tunes. Comparable to Kool & The Gang, Dazz Band’s songs will get everybody up and moving just like the good ol’ days! On Saturday at 6 & 9 p.m., Julie Roberts (no, not Julia Roberts) sings powerful lyrics to bluesy-country sounds. The price to see this country songbird is $25. Saturday at Ram’s Head, Scars on 45 takes the stage at 11:45 a.m. The group plays indie tunes with sweet, heartfelt lyrics. Anya Marina is at Ram’s Head before Scars on 45 takes the spotlight, singing pop-rock. The price to see Scars on 45 is $15. Sunday, February 12, The Association plays roots/pop at 7: 30 p.m. Go to ramsheadonstage.com for tickets.
