Photographs are tangible memories, which speaks to their immense value. The trouble is, photographs can be pricey and the process for taking them can be time-consuming. This week, the Chesapeake Children’s Museum (CCM) provides a quick, affordable chance to get pictures taken of your family. Professional photographer Paul Belletiere will be at CCM Saturday and Sunday at 8 a.m., offering his services for half hour sessions priced at $150. The sessions are by appointment.

Already have enough pictures of the family? The CCM hosts another great event this week too: the Craft Fair on Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Kids and adults can peruse the things crafted, molded, and sewn by local artisans. This takes place at the Pip Moyer Recreation Center. There is no admission fee. For more on this event and the one above, head to CCM’s site.
