The Annapolitan also features a TV lounge room, computer access, WiFi, a laundry facility, and a concierge service for anything you may need.

If you stay at the Annapolitan or the Academy House, the staff will assist you in your journeys around town. Whether you’re traveling in Annapolis, Washington D.C., Baltimore, or any other surround area, the Bed and Breakfast natives will direct you to special shows, concerts, theaters, restaurants, shopping, sightseeing spots, churches, and other activities and special events occurring.

Prices for both the Bed & Breakfast and whole-house rental range from $110.00 to $180.00 per night plus tax. Larger suites are available from $235 to $260 per night. These prices are mid-range for hotels in the area with easy access to Annapolis, Baltimore, and Washington D.C. The Annapolitan is located at 1313 West Street in Annapolis while the Academy House is located at City Dock in downtown Annapolis.

Each and every room is available with a private bath, air conditioning, large closets, high ceilings, TVs, are wireless internet access. Some rooms are available with a shared full bath between rooms for large families or groups of friends that wish to be close while at the B & B. The Annapolitan and the Academy house do not have faculties to accommodate pets. A no-smoking policy is also strictly enforced while on the premises. Well-behaved children are welcomed and these family-friendly inns.
