Another Day on Willow Street continues this week from Compass Rose Theatre. If you haven’t caught this performance yet, you really should. This week not only marks a transition from spring to summer, but signals the start of summer concerts like the Sachs Memorial Summer Concert Series at Maryland Hall. Haven’t been? These free concerts are ideal for the entire family, easy to enjoy, and perfectly low-key. Bring a blanket, coolers with drinks and dinner, and let the kids dance to the easygoing jazz played on a outdoor stage. The first installment of this summer-long series is from the Old Mill Steel Drum Band. Thursday is the date and 6 p.m. is the time. For more, go to www.marylandhall.org.
