Art is important as we can all attest. For some, art is a livelihood; for others, art is a leisurely activity that aids in bettering everyday. Read what art shows you could attend in the month of June in Annapolis.

Annapolis Collection Gallery

Annapolis Collection Gallery puts on one event that celebrates the history of Annapolis via the uncovered work of first president of Historic Annapolis, Charles E. Emery. Emery, as retold on the Annapolis Collection Gallery site, was a photographer as well, and left behind tons of unseen prints from the 40s and 50s. His legacy as a great man has transformed into the legacy of a great man with a passion for capturing the city. Come see the unseen photographs taken by this important man in Annapolis’s history from May 23 to the beginning of August. Head to http://www.annapoliscollection.com to see more or call 410-280-1414.
