Annapolis Entertainment

On the 10th, Historic London Town and Gardens hosts another installment of its winter lecture series. This week, attend the “Wooden Ships” lecture, an event that educates on wooden shipbuilding. The price is $10 for the lecture. It starts at 10 a.m. Head to fourriversheritage.org to see more.

On the artsy side of the entertainment world, Maryland Hall for the Creative Arts hosts several noteworthy events. First up, it’s the Chinese New Year Celebration, happening on Monday at 5:30 p.m. Enjoy this cultural event thanks to Maryland Hall and World Artists Experience. The best part: it’s free! For Valentine’s Day, Maryland Hall welcomes a Sip and Print event. This event features wine and the chance to make your own Valentine’s card. Perfect for a night with friends and for those without much artistic talent, this event costs $45 per person and included alcohol and materials. The card-making begins at 7 p.m.

Annapolis Green

This week marks another round of the area’s favorite green event: Green Drinks. Happening on Wednesday, this month’s Green Drinks includes extra features, like a special fundraising menu at Galway Bay. Prizes, green talk, and much more fun await attendees. Annapolis History

The William Paca House hosts a children’s event on Tuesday. Bring the kids to learn about animals and their habits with a fun info session and then a tour of the Paca garden. The event starts at 10 a.m. and costs $5 per child. See more at annpolis.org.
