Annapolis Art

This is a big week for the art enthusiasts in the area, thanks to two events happening downtown. The first, a late night reception with rocker Carl Palmer, takes place September 30 and October 1, 10:30 p.m. to midnight. This two-night event welcomes the rock star and his new canvas collection. Annapolis Collection Gallery hosts this event. Head to www.annapoliscollection.com to learn more.

In addition to the rock star reception, Annapolis Collection is proud to announce Fringe Festival, Annapolis’s very own festival that celebrates art on the fringe. This wildly popular and entertaining event centers on the ideal that all art–quirky, bizarre, and unconventional–is worthwhile. October 4, Saturday, is the date of this outdoor/indoor, day-long festival. There are sculptures to be seen, films to be watched, and more. Head to www.annapoliscollection.com for the full schedule including dates and times.
