The U.S. Naval Academy has a thriving community relations program, organized and implemented by the Academy’s Brigade of Midshipmen.
Among the programs are a Speakers Bureau, made up of a team of experts on specific topics. These experts are either members of the staff or faculty at the Naval Academy and are available to speak on topics of interest to the general community.
The Midshipman Action Group (MAG) is another community service group for USNA residents. This extracurricular organization coordinates voluntary community service projects in the areas of education, the environment, and social services.
